The Code of Corporate Conduct and Business Ethics is a fundamental document that sets out the principles of internal corporate behavior, rules of interaction of MTS employees with customers, business partners, state authorities and external audiences. All MTS employees are required to comply with the Code and are personally responsible for their actions.
MTS has put in place a comprehensive compliance system aimed at ensuring the Company’s activities are fully in line with all applicable anticorruption laws, as well as to proactively identify, analyze, and mitigate potential corruption risks. As a cornerstone of these efforts, the MTS Board of Directors has approved a Policy on Compliance with Anticorruption Legislation as well as a Policy on Managing Conflicts of Interest, which are expected to be followed by all MTS employees.
At MTS, we are committed to supporting responsible, ethical practices across our supply chain. We expect suppliers that work with MTS to fully comply with our procurement policies and requirements, including the MTS Counterparty Code of Business Conduct.
