MTS Announces Date and Venue of Annual General Meeting of Shareholders

MOSCOW, Russia – Mobile TeleSystems Public Joint Stock Company ("MTS" or "the Company") (MOEX: MTSS), a digital ecosystem, announces the decision of the Board of Directors of MTS to hold the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders on June 24, 2025 at 14:00 Moscow time. Registration of participants (shareholders) will be available from 12:30 Moscow time.
The Annual General Meeting of Shareholders ("AGM") will be held in person. The venue for the meeting is the RBC Event Center (Moscow, Kosmodamianskaya Embankment, 52, Bldg. 7).
The record date for the Company’s shareholders entitled to participate in the AGM has been set for June 1, 2025.
