MTS Announces Date and Location of Annual General Meeting of Shareholders

MOSCOW, Russia – Mobile TeleSystems Public Joint Stock Company (“MTS” or “the Company”) (MOEX: MTSS) announces that the MTS Board of Directors has decided to hold the annual General Meeting of Shareholders on June 23, 2026, at 2 p.m. Moscow time. Registration for participations (shareholders) will be accessible from 12:30 p.m. Moscow time.
The 2026 annual General Meeting of Shareholders will be held in person at the RBC Events Center (Kosmodamianskaya Embankment, 52, Building 7) in Moscow, Russia.
The Board of Directors has set the date for listing which individuals will have a right to vote in decision-making at the General Meeting of Shareholders: May 31, 2026.
