MTS Acquires Getblogger Platform to Bolster Advertising Business
MOSCOW, Russia – Mobile TeleSystems Public Joint Stock Company (“MTS” or “the Company”) (MOEX: MTSS), a digital ecosystem, announces that it has signed a binding agreement to acquire Getblogger LLC, a platform that enables advertising through bloggers.
MTS will receive ready-made infrastructure for monetizing bloggers as well as access to additional inventory that operates according to the CPA and CPP pricing models. The acquisition will strengthen MTS’s position in the AdTech market by establishing a comprehensive platform for advertisers and creators through Telegram, expanding the Company’s existing product portfolio and customer base and increasing its average check. Getblogger will operate as an independent company through Stream LLC, a subsidiary of MTS PJSC.
