Who we are
MTS is a Russian digital ecosystem and the country’s largest mobile operator, which provides a wide range of digital-first services for individuals and business customers. Our ecosystem is developing on the basis of MTS’s leading Telecom business and dozens of fast-growing products and business verticals, the largest of which are FinTech, Retail and Media.
Over 88 million mobile subscribers use our services in Russia, Armenia and Belarus, including around 80 million subscribers in Russia. Our ecosystem customer base (customers actively and deliberately using at least two different MTS products or services from different categories) has more than 14 million customers.
We are broadening the definition of Telecom with innovative offering across big data, fintech, web services, media, Internet of Things, Adtech, e-commerce and other areas. We leverage our market-leading retail network as a platform for additional customer services and sales of devices and accessories.

In 2023, we presented our first ecosystem branding, which provides an overarching framework for dozens of products and businesses beyond connectivity.
