MTS Completes FY21 Dividend Payment

MOSCOW, Russia – Mobile TeleSystems Public Joint Stock Company (“MTS” or “the Company”) (MOEX: MTSS), Russia’s largest mobile operator and a leading provider of media and digital services, announces the completion of its dividend payments based on the company’s full-year 2021 financial results.

The dividend for 2021 amounted to RUB 33.85 per ordinary MTS share, with aggregate dividends paid totaling RUB 48.2 bn (RUB 48,160,607,266,75). Holders of American Depositary Receipts (ADR) will have the right to receive dividends after conversion of the depositary receipts into ordinary shares according to the current Russian legislation. Under the currently closing down MTS American Depositary Receipts (ADR) program, the period for the conversion of ADRs into MTS ordinary shares will end by January 12, 2023 (inclusive).
