Ilya Filatov Appointed First Vice President of MTS for Financial Services

MOSCOW, Russia – Mobile TeleSystems Public Joint Stock Company (“MTS” or “the Company”) (MOEX: MTSS), a digital ecosystem, is pleased to announce the appointment of Ilya Filatov as a member of its Management Board and First Vice President for Financial Services effective December 3.

Ilya has been working in the banking sector since 1996, holding several executive roles at Uralsib Bank before joining MTS Bank in 2014. In March 2015, he was appointed Chairman of the Management Board of MTS Bank, and he joined the Management Board of MTS as Vice President for Financial Services in August 2019. In his new role, Ilya will lead the fintech division, one of the most important and fastest-growing verticals in the MTS digital ecosystem.
