MTS is committed to always integrating a compliance perspective when considering and managing commercial transactions, ongoing relationships, and other third-party interactions — with the aim to identify, assess, and mitigate potential compliance risks. These efforts include conducting regular risk reassessments and monitoring, performing necessary due diligence of third parties, and raising the awareness of compliance best practices within core functional teams (procurement, M&A, etc.).
In addition, we actively foster close collaboration with suppliers who share our ethical principles and values, and we expect all supply chain partners to fully comply with our procurement policies and requirements, including the MTS Counterparty Code of Business Conduct.
